These Terms govern your use of VisionaryHub. VisionaryHub is a product of BizRendevous LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("BizRendevous", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
These Terms cover VisionaryHub and the other digital products operated by BizRendevous LLC. They do not cover Neighbors Postal Plus, which is a separate business and a separate legal entity with its own terms.

VisionaryHub is a web-based business planning and strategy tool. It provides frameworks — SWOT, PESTLE, Porter's Five Forces, McKinsey 7-S, business model canvases — together with planning, forecasting, task and document features.
We may add, change or remove features. If we remove something you rely on, or make a change that materially reduces the service, we will tell account holders by email in advance.
Everything you put into VisionaryHub — your plans, forecasts, analyses, notes and documents — remains your property. We claim no ownership of it.
You grant us a limited licence to store, copy, transmit and display your content strictly for the purpose of operating the service for you: storing it, backing it up, showing it back to you, and generating your exports. That licence exists so the product can function and for no other reason. It ends when you delete the content or close your account.
We will not use your business content to train machine learning models, and we will not sell it or use it for advertising.
Some pages offer to draft content using artificial intelligence. Three things you should know:
VisionaryHub is a tool for organising your own thinking. Nothing in the product, its templates, its guidance text or its AI output constitutes legal, accounting, tax, investment or professional advice, and no relationship of that kind is created by using it.
Financial forecasts are arithmetic performed on figures you supply. They are projections, not predictions, and their accuracy depends entirely on your inputs. Take professional advice before making a financial commitment.
You agree not to:
We may suspend an account that is causing active harm — a security threat, a payment fraud, an attack in progress — without notice. In every other case we will contact you first and give you a reasonable chance to put it right.
We do not generally refund part-used periods. If the service was materially unavailable or did not work as described, write to us — we would rather resolve it than argue about it. Consumers in the UK, EEA and other jurisdictions with statutory cancellation or refund rights keep those rights in full; nothing here removes them.
You can export your content at any time using the CSV and PDF buttons throughout the product. You can close your account from your settings, or by writing to us.
Export what you need before you close it. Retention and deletion timings after closure are set out in the Privacy Policy.
The VisionaryHub software, design, and the BizRendevous and VisionaryHub names and logos are ours and stay ours. Your subscription is a licence to use the service, not a transfer of any of it. The strategic frameworks themselves — SWOT, Porter's Five Forces, the 7-S model and so on — are long-established public methods; we claim no ownership of the frameworks, only of our implementation.
We aim to keep VisionaryHub available and to keep your data safe, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages and faults happen. We will give advance notice of planned downtime where we reasonably can.
To the maximum extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", and we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent the law allows, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunity or lost data, however caused.
Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected, and some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusions above, in which case they apply to you only as far as the law permits.
You agree to indemnify BizRendevous LLC against third-party claims arising from your content, your use of the service in breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights. We will tell you promptly about any such claim and will not settle it without your agreement.
You may stop using VisionaryHub at any time. We may suspend or close an account for a material breach of these Terms, for non-payment, or where we are required to by law. Except where harm is active or the law requires immediate action, we will give you notice and a reasonable chance to fix the problem first.
If we close your account other than for your breach, we will refund any unused prepaid period.
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will email account holders at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new Terms. If you do not, cancel before the date and we will refund any unused prepaid period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The courts of Harris County, Texas have jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer resident in the UK, the EEA, or another jurisdiction whose law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts or to the benefit of your local consumer law, that right is unaffected by the paragraph above.
Before filing anything, please write to us at the address above. Most disputes are a misunderstanding and are cheaper to fix in an email than in a courtroom.
