This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies VisionaryHub uses, and what they are for. VisionaryHub is a product of BizRendevous LLC, 8190 Barker Cypress Rd., Ste 1900, Cypress, TX 77433, United States.
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not use third-party tracking cookies. Nothing here follows you around the internet or builds a profile of you for marketing. The cookies VisionaryHub sets are the ones needed to keep you signed in, keep the service secure, and remember a small number of your own preferences.
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. Some are deleted when you close the browser; others persist for a set period. Similar technologies — local storage, in particular — do a comparable job, and this policy covers those too.
These are required for the service to work at all. Under UK and EU law they do not require consent, because without them you could not sign in or stay signed in.
| Name | Set by | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
visionaryhub_session |
VisionaryHub | Keeps you signed in and holds your session. Without it, every page would ask you to log in again. | Session, up to 2 hours idle |
XSRF-TOKEN |
VisionaryHub | Security. Prevents another website submitting a form to us as if it were you (cross-site request forgery). | Session |
remember_web_* |
VisionaryHub | Set only if you tick "Remember me" at sign-in, so you are not asked for your password every visit. | Up to 1 year, or until you sign out |
cf_clearance and related |
Cloudflare | Bot protection on the sign-up and sign-in pages (Cloudflare Turnstile). Distinguishes a person from an automated script. Not used for advertising or tracking. | Up to 30 minutes |
VisionaryHub uses your browser's local storage for a few conveniences. These never leave your device and we cannot read them from our servers.
| Key | Purpose |
|---|---|
vh:theme |
Remembers whether you chose light or dark mode inside the application. |
vh:dark |
The same preference on the public marketing pages. |
vh:howto:* |
Remembers which "How to use this" guides you have already dismissed, so they do not reopen on every visit. |
Clearing your browser's site data removes these. Nothing breaks — you simply get the default theme back and the guides appear once more.
When you reach a payment page, Stripe sets its own cookies to process the transaction and detect fraud. These are governed by Stripe's own cookie and privacy policies. We do not control them and we receive no advertising data from them.
This is also why you are not greeted by a consent banner demanding you accept dozens of "partners". There is nothing to consent to beyond what the service needs to run.
Every major browser lets you view, delete and block cookies, usually under Settings, then Privacy. You can also browse in a private window, which discards cookies when you close it.
One honest warning: blocking the strictly necessary cookies above will stop you signing in. That is not a dark pattern, it is arithmetic — the session cookie is how the service knows it is still you between one page and the next.
If we add a cookie or a similar technology that is not listed here, we will update this page before it goes live, and where the law requires consent we will ask for it first. The date at the top shows the current version.
